Purpose: Vote on proposed termination of the timeshare plan 

Why This Matters:

The Plaza Resort Club is at a critical crossroads. The Board has thoroughly reviewed the property's condition, which includes over $5 million in deferred maintenance and delinquency rates exceeding 35%. Based on these findings, the Board is recommending termination of the timeshare plan and the sale of the property through a national auction.

What's Included in the Mailing:

•   Notice of Special Meeting 
•  Proxy and Ballot 
•  Written Consent Form (for those who prefer to vote by mail instead of attending in person) 

What Happens If Termination is Approved:

•  The timeshare plan will end
•  The property will be sold at national auction
•  Net proceeds from the sale- after closing costs, commissions, and related expenses- will be distributed to owners in accordance with governing documents
• RCI point usage will no longer be available, and any points used beyond termination may affect your distribution amount

Your Vote Is Essential:

•  Under Nevada law, termination requires 80% approval from all voting members.
  Every vote matters. You can vote by: 
•   Attending the meeting in person 
•   Returning the proxy and ballot 
•  Submitting the written consent in lieu of voting

 The Board has partnered with: 

•    Global Point Services – Licensed Nevada title insurance agent 
•    Lemonjuice Solutions – Timeshare transition experts 

 Together, they will oversee the title review, owner communications, and sale process to ensure a transparent and legally compliant transition. 

 Important Note on Voting Eligibility: 

 If your assessment payments are over 30 days past due, your voting rights may be suspended as per the Association By-Laws.
